my ? was about them not being able to take the lift but my clearnce is there and they will work just fine from what summit has said, but yeah most people dont like useing SA rocker, becuase they can pop off,

are you sure the rocker poped off? it looks like your useing hardened pushrods, and theres a lot of problems with them bending, there not good for high spring pressure, just thought i would give you something to think about.

thanks for the advice but that was from 2001...just thought I would show

I also had rockers pop off with a hot cam, I personally do not like a self align rocker, they have there place but i don't like them

How do you figure hardened pushrods are a problem? That's what you must use with guideplates and non-SA rockers. There must literally be millions in use and that's what nearly every hi-po SBC and BBC uses.

no problems here with hardened push rods...running .613 lift, comp pro-mags, and 7000RPM

do a sreach theres a thread on them its about 4-5 pages, the chromoly works alot better, my buddy bent like 3 pushrods before he went with chromoly now he has no problems,

all chrome moly pushrods are hardened....

I think you mean el-cheapo hardened pushrods
