It will pass as long as you can get proper tuning.

As long as it is ground on a 114* LSA, it will pass on stock tune.

 

I'm making my stock shortblock mild heads and 224/230 car pass... its all about the air Being injected before the cat.

Run a line from your air pump into a threaded bung before the cat, or just weld in a fitting. But use stainless steel braided line!
