CC305 Dyno Numbers

I dynoed the car today. It rolled 335.5 rwhp and 346.68 rwtq. This was with the cut-out open. The A/F Ratio was around 12.8, with the car leaning out around13.2 from 5700 rpm around 6600. Not too shabby, but I was really hoping for 340. This is on 100% stock tuning...but given the a/f ratio was so good, there probably isn't much room for improvement - maybe a few degrees of timing would give a few hp. The graph is below.

Numbers look pretty good for stock tuning and stock heads. I could not see the graph to clearly, ar what rpms did the cam start to fall of at?

Thanks,
Claude

Nice #s for stock heads and programming.

I was suprised when I read this that you got that much for stock heads AND tunning. I thought you had atleast some tune on there. Do you have any new track times yet?

Nice numbers. Thats actaully where I thought you were based on your mph at the track. Have you run with the new LT's at the track yet?

Man, i got the below numbers w/cc305 new valvetrain, long tubes, homemade cold air intake and i dont recall if the cutout was open or not.. also had some tuning. I think i need more tuning cause i'm running rich and I know that's not helping me at all.

You got an auto as well, but your numbers are low either way. When is the last time you gave it a tune up (pcv, fuel filter, plugs, etc.)?

294rwhp is still about 350-360 flywheel hp through an auto assuming a 17 or 18% loss. 316rwtq works out to be about 375-380rwtq as well. Considering your still running stock heads, that sounds pretty reasonable to me.

I would also say change your fuel filter if you haven't in a while.

294rwhp is low anyway you look at it. I know of 2 auto bolton cars making 290+rwhp stockheads and cams but good tuning. I think he needs a good dyno tune. JMO Later
