cc305 ?????

im thinking about runnign the cc305 or the cc306 in my 97lt1 ( 69 chevelle ) i was wondering if i had to do anything elts to the motor to run it. Also i was wondering as its goign to be a everyday car whats the gas going to be like.

my set up woll have ported heads and match intake with hedders.

matching the intake to the heads right? not the headers
they are completely different animals so you know
you're going to need springs, probably lifters, and some pushrods would be good (unless you havea 93-95 which already have hardened pushrods)
i know there are some things i left out but, somebody else will correct me

That 69 Chevelle is a pretty heavy car. Unless you want to run a high stall converter, the CC305 might be a better choice over the 306.
