CC 306 And 1.6 rocker combo.. anyone bustin valves??

Im about to order the CC 306 cam and I have a set of crane self aligning rocker arms.. With this combo will my valves smack my pistons or no? Anyone running this combo?? Also what is a good recommendation on valve springs with the self aligning rockers? Also retainers and locks..

LT1's are pretty generous when it comes to PV clearance... I have my heads chopped down, thin gaskets, 306, 1.6's, and have plenty of room...
