I just bought headers with just the o2 bungs in them coated ect.

i was wondering if i dont run cats will the car not pass emissions???
I wouldnt think it would but can i get the obd2 computer retuned to pass?

It depends on how things are done in WI. Do they check visibly for cats? How stringent are the emissions tests? For example how low does each of the 3 components of the exhaust gases have to be? Also you do realize that if you remove the cats you will have to install O2 sims so you don't get an SES light for cat efficiency. It's easy and only costs $25. Inspections look for SES lights also.

Assume for your sake worst case, and that is you won't pass without them.
