cat or no cat, gutted or hi flow

I see that you already have a gutted cat. I would suggest putting a pipe in the center of it so that it won't cause turbulence. I would say the less back pressure the better.

If you don't need to pass emissions and don't mind the car being louder then go with no cat, if you worry about those things get a high flow cat.
