Dynomax makes 2 different catbacks for LT1s. You want the 3", p/n 17406.
The tailpipes need tips or it looks like crap. I got a pair of chrome tips from Summit for $22 each. Total price was still under $250.
Dynomax Super Turbo mufflers flow well so I doubt any other catback will make more power. After about a year mine is still looking good. Good fit, good sound, low price. What more do you want?
