put new motor in car turned over wouldnt crank,now wont turn over,put in new starter,new key,tried again after a month,tried to turn over by key then stopped,getting fuel,but no fuel to plugs,while turning over i did get fire to plug.checked volts to icm with key on,that was good.also with key on service light stays on dosent blink which i was told if it dosent blink its not the security system.if the icm is bad will it stop car from turning over?maybe a bad pcm?how can i check it?very frustrated.i have looked at post but most peoples cars try to turn over.mine dosent.thanks for any all help..car is a 95ta..
