car wont stay on

Ok, i just finished with my cam install after 1 and a half loooong months , im running new springs, rockers, pushrods opti and electric waterpump. i turned my baby on and she hit about 2500 rpm and then just died, ok, i did the valve lash thing, i thought i pluged everythng in....do you think i forgot to plug something in or did i mess something up??

Do you have any kind of aftermarket ignition on your car?. If so you may have the connections on the coil backwards. thsi happend to me when I plugged mine up.

no aftermarket ignition box
ill check the coil wires to make sure they are in the right place

does anyone know what the wire is and where it goes that is attached to the cruise control box on the bottom of the car??? i think i have 2 or 1 that are unplugged... i started it up and it sounds ok, it was my brake booster vacuum hose that was off. but i still have a couple of wires that are disconected
