Ok i have a 97 ss camaro which ran fine on saturday afternoon , but when i went to start it a few hours later it was a no go. i check the battery and it has a full charge. When i turn the key to the assesories they come on but when i turn the key to start the car i dont hear the fuel pump or anthing powering on , but the lights work and there is no sign of the battery discharged. im thinking its the vats as i noticed that the security light came on a few times, but im also thinking it might be the bcm because ive been having trouble with it for a few years ie 9 radio turning off while driving, window sometimes wont roll down so on and so forth. Has anyone ever had a passkey go out? let me know if you've ever had this happen and what you did to fix it. i guessing next time i get my pcm flash i need the vats removed to save the headache im having.
