My car has been recently giving me trouble starting. I turn the key and all I get is a buzzing sound on the passenger side. If I hit the ignition enough it will finally start. I traced the sound and its a relay in the glove compartment, theft deterrent relay. I replaced it same thing, checked battery with meter gets 12v off 14.3 running so its not weak battery. I also put a lt4 starter in about a year ago so it shouldnt be that.

The only other thing I can think of would be a neutral saftety switch. any help is appreciated
