car wont start help

so i got this 94 camaro z28 last year and everything was great my first v8 car and i had a great summer in. I stored all winter long and now that i try to get it out the car cranks but dosent start so i checked fuel pressure good i checked if i had any spark good i thought my battery was no good so i hooked up my battery charger and just cranks all day long. Well i figured out that the car starts after you pump the gas or hold it so i took it down to my mechanic and he changed oil and plugs and wires. Next day (yesterday) car wont start at all im so i dont know whats wrong please help me

With the key on, do you hear your fuel pump prime. There is also a priming connector on the passenger side if you want to prime it that way.

There is a fuel test port on the back of the rail, you can take off the cap and use something to push down on the shrader valve. Fuel should come out.

There is fuel in the tank... right?

Other than that, it could be ignition. You need spark, fuel, and air for combustion.

Its a little conflicting when you say fuel pressure is good, but you have to give it a lot of gas to start it. I would start with the basics. Test the coil, opti, and icm. Post up what your fuel pressure is at priming, cranking, and idle (if you get it there).
