car will not idle at correcr idle speed

when I first start the car it will idle very slow (like 500 rpm's) ,when I am coasting to a stop it will almost stall out, what could cause this?iac motor being bad?or tps sensor? or something else, I reset the iac valve a few times but it doesnt seem to help.

Try a napa or a delco for the idle air control i went the autozone route and ended up playing musical iac's not the best of quality imo
