Car is very quiet, even after catback

Most people can't even tell I have exhaust

Could the cat be clogged up and I don't know it?

I have long tube headers and an off-road y-pipe, but it is mated to a Magnaflow catback. People can't even hear me pull in their driveways. If you had a clogged cat, you would probably be experiencing a whole bunch of poor driveability symptoms as well.

If you got a brand new catback with a fiberglass packed muffler, you may need to give it a little bit of time to break in. BAck when I had a magnaflow muffler on my car, it took a few days to fully break in. When i first drove it off the lift at the exhaust shop you could barely hear the muffler, a month later it sounded great.

Sorry guys, forgot I changed my sig. It's a TSP Rumbler, that's probably one of the most free flowing catbacks. It almost sounds stock inside the car, outside its only loud if you rack it up to like 5k

I'm not totally familiar with the Rumblers cause no one around here has them. But if its louder you want, first get some Longtubes and drop your cats. Second add duals, Loudmouth, or GMMG and I bet youll have plenty of noise.

All the Rumbler is is 3" tubing and a dynomax bullet in the i-pipe, it can't be that much quieter than a LM. And blazzinbird, I am so broke right now I couldn't make it to frankfort anytime soon, but I will try

You should be happy its quiet. If you want something loud then get a cutout. Its the best bang for your buck youll ever find... I promise you that. Not only will it make more power and wake up your neighbors 2 blocks over but you can always put the cap on it and go back to a comfortable cruiser.

And i forgot to mention they are dirt cheap.

Pull the cats off and it should get quite a bit louder.

Do you have your car sound insulated? That may quiet it down while your inside it.
Have you listened to it from outside the car? Maybe have the wife or someone do a drive by for you.
