Question Car is taking longer to start or almost didn't.

I have found that the car is taking longer to start than before and I has happenned that I almost refused to start after the car had been sitting there more than a day and it had rained.

The wires are 4 years old, the ALT and starter are original and so is the Opti.

The car runs great all the time but just acted funny a couple times.

But it does seem like it's taking longer to start.

Any ideas where to begin?

Thanks guys.

A dying coil can cause prolonged starts. It would also seem down on power during heavy loads, though.
