Car takes forever to start!

Car takes like 8-10 seconds to start when cranking. Fuel pump turns on, fuel pump relay is new. Runs ok after starting. Got code for high res on opti, but it only is 2 yrs old and has maybe 10k on it. Thinking it could be in the harness. Any thoughts?

That was my next step other than examining the opti harness...Definately a good idea.

I would definately check the opti harness. My car took forever to start when the connection at the opti was all corroded.
