Pop the hood when its dark out around no street lights and rev the engine, see if you see any arching. Replace as neccessary

Yup, you can rev the engine with your fingers, by pushing the the throttle cable pully thingy to the front of the car. becareful theres all kinds of moving parts on the front of your engine, dont get a tie or a peice of your jacket caught in your belt or you can kiss something good bye

Check your grounds, I had a similar problem and it was the ground on the Drvers side Cylinder head (above where the coil is)

Would a ground cause it to sometimes pop and back fire?
Am i able to reach the ground by hand?

Re: Car Stuttering/Missing

Yes. Yes. When my ground was loose, I was driving and any load and my car would buck and kick and back fire. Stopped at a gas station and figured it had to be something with the coil. I kept pushing the connector on the coil around and everytime i messed with the wires, it would stall out. So just looking around I noticed where a few grounds are on a post with a nut holding them down, the nut was loose, tighted it up by hand and the car ran fine after wards. I'd get you a pic, but the cars under snow and Im at work right now.

Were you looking closely by the plugs while it was running...sometimes the arching can be kinda hidden behind the manifolds and you need to look closely. Mine were arching right from the tip of the plug wire to the base of the plug.
