car stoped running. HELP!!!

my car is f*** in the a** need help
my car stoped running the other day now when I am able to start it and drive it.
my block learn is 140 on each side and my air/fuel is 039 with 0.0 deg of knock.
there is no dtc's on the scanmaster
would I need a new opti and coil pack?
or would it be the fuel pump or something elese?
it has a miss with a backfire the hole timeand you give it gas. and when you let off it just keeps backfireing. dont know if that helps
