I have pcmforless tuning on my 93 LT1 motor swap. I do not know if my problem is in the chip or elsewhere. First I use Datamaster to log my car. Alvin removed VATS from my stock chip and the new piggyback chip. I have also had problems when the car is running such as drivers side back goes full rich while running, IAC counts of 130 and higher, 104 KPa on MAP, no idle. I have replaced the IAC, MAP, and about every other sensor on the motor and it still will not run. Now since he took VATS out of the chip my injectors will not pulse, even with a VATS bypass module. The injectors will pulse with a chip form a friends car. Does this sound like a chip problem or a problem somewhere else? I have also tried a computer from a 93 Vette but it ran the same. Does the chip have any controll over sensors like MAP, IAC, or others? Here are links to the other posts if it helps

Only suggestion I could come up with is to check the mechanical first. Such as check the opening and closing of the valves in a cylinder relative to the piston position. I would do it with the numbr one cylinder and while your at it check to be sure the rotor is at number one at TDC. After that is done, check the compression to all or leak down is better.

After that check fuel pressure. and spark to all plugs. Recheck the correct injectors are hooked up and then time to swap computers if you can.

 

Then I would say it's a problem with the chip. Possible that it didn't burn correctly.
