Ok guys, this is for a friend with the 3800. I woulda posted in the V6 forum, but theres not much activity there.

Anyone know a common problem that causes this in the 3800s?

Of course I know common car problems in general that could cause this, 02s, fuel filter, plugs/wires, maybe even fuel pump or cat. The car has 60k on it, but I haven't had a chance to look at it myself. Just wanted a point of reference to see where to start looking. Thanks guys.

 

Fuel filter, fuel pressure
