car sounds ready for take off?

Just took my car in for a new waterpump. Now i take the car home and after about 10 minutes of driving the SES light comes on and a fan/blower comes on and the car sounds like it's ready to take off. I turn the car off and it sounds like a fan is winding down. They told me they replaced the "air fuse" which i checked and it was blown once again and i just replaced it again. Any other ideas on possible causes? Thanks for your help.

Did they replace it with the correct fuse? Maybe they put in a new fuse with too low of a rating. The car's two fans come on whenever the SES light is on. Whenever you turn off the car you can hear the two fans slowing down....so there is no problem with the fans. Try getting your car scanned for the problem code.

Whatever SES light you're getting is causing the fans to kick on, I've had this happen to me a few times. What SES code is it?

just checked the air pump fuse again and it blew the 20a fuse for the 2nd time now. Should i go ahead and throw a 30a fuse in there?
