Question Car running rich

My car is running really rich. And after like 3500 or so rpm's my car doesn't have any power anymore. It feels like i just lose power but the rpm's keep going up. I could use any advice, I want to fix my car but not spend a bunch by having someone find the problem then fixing it. Any help or suggestions would be great.

put a fuel pressure on and see if your fuel pressure regulator is working correctly.
