car revs without touchin gas

I have a 93 Z28 M6 and ill be just coastin down a hill with the car out of gear and it will just rev to the redline till i hit the gas then it will go back down.I wanna know whats causin this?

IAC

Check your IAC under your throttle body, also check to make sure your throttle body blades are clean, and arent sticking open

What do you look for when doing this and are you supposed to replace it or clean it?
