Car Revs slow, What to check?

When I rev my car through the RPM range the car feels like it revs very slow. It just doesnt feel as though it is running right. Would a rich condition cause this, or is there something else I should check? Opti, plugs, wires are brand new. The car just feels sluggish is there anything to check out that could make it rev smoother. I have also checked the TPS and it is well within spec.

your sig says you have exhaust mods, did you get a LT4 KM? maybe you are getting alot of false knock with your exhaust causing the pcm to retard timing.

cats are a good one to check, those will really slow you down if they're clogged. I had the same problem as you, my car reved real slow and it seemed like it just wan't fast anymore, although everyone told me it felt quick. well I started checking everything, and it turned out to be my throttle cable, the plastic piece in the front broke allowing the cable to slide forward and as a result the butterflies were only opening about 40%, after I fixed it, it was like I added 100 horses. So have someone push the throttle down all the way and check if they're opening up all the way
