Car Revs Close To 7K on 4-2 Shift on Highway!
Under hard driving when the car downshifts hard, the tach gets close to 7k, maybe even hits it. I don't need it to be that high, how can I go back to stock redline?

How ever you took the stock rev-limiter off, do the same thing but put it back. Power Programmer, tune, we know nothing about your car, except that it is a '94 with an intake and exhaust. Which leads us to believe that everything else, including the tune, is stock, which would then bring up the whole there is something wrong with your car start tracking it down type scenario.
Assuming that everything else is stock I would first find out how accurate your tachometer is. By using some sort of data logger or something like that if you have the means, other wise get a hold of an Autometer tach or something of the sort, hook it up and see if it reads the same or more/less than the stock tach. On the top end I am going to guess that it is going to read a couple hundred rpm higher than whatever the motor is actually turning, prolly 200-400ish.
If that turns out to be true and the car is shifting at say 6600 on the tach and in reality it is shifting at 6200 I wouldn't worry about it.
There is one scenario, another could be that the trans is on it's way out.
And I'm sure if I thought about it enough, or anyone else for that matter, there could be a couple more different scenarios. I'm just too tired to start turning the gears up there right now. So in conclusion tell us a little more about your car, and please tell us why you asked "how can I go back to a stock redline?"
