car revs to 3000 while in park???

car revs to 3000 while in park???
95 Z28, cam is 230/236 .510/.520 110LSA. When I first start the car, It seems to be running fine. I drive it, and it stumbles really bad under 2000 RPMs, wants to die out, so I stop and put it into park and it revs to about 3000 and holds there. Any ideas??
Also, we just replaced the opti and got a mail order tune for the cam.
