car REAKS of gas

my car smells so horrible of gas...if its off its almost unbearable if its running its not so bad...what could it be?

Check your schrader valve , mine was leaking fuel until I changed the valve stem out.

Wonder if something is jacked up with the EVAP system. Something to check. I just did preventive maintenance on mine and replaced all the rubber hose connections. Every one of them crumbled in my hands when I pulled them off.

Check the charcoal canister in the left rear fender. I fthat gets saturated with fuel you'll smell it like you spilled it in the car. Then check the fitting, hoses and solenoids as mentioned before...

somehow the fitting under the car by where the drivers seat is came loose...think it was the return line...thanks for the help guys.
