i put all the mods listed in my sig on this spring and have been playing with the car all year to get ot to run right. I put a new opti, coil and plugs in and it still doesnt want to run right.

The car seems like it's sluggish and i'm pretty sure its running rich on the bottom and lean on the top. it seems to have a slight miss to it as well when im at a constant highway speed when the car is in 6th the car doesnt run smooth at all.

I'm not sure if it could be the tune or injectors or it could be pulling timing maybe. I also raced my buddy's stock 97 camaro and only beat it by a car lenght. as far as im concerned this car should FLY!!!

There are probably 20 possible causes to your problem. I'll throw one out and say to inspect/clean the MAF sensor filaments for accumulated dirt and oil. Also inspect/clean the MAF wiring terminal connection for corrosion

 

i don't believe it's the MAF but what is the best way to clean it?
