Car Is Missing - Can My Exhaust Be The Cause???

Hello I have a 94 camaro z28 lt1 .6 SPEED. I have the loudmouth exhuast. I recently had headers, the cataylic con tooken off, and the lt4 hot cam installed. Ever since I had these items put on at normal pace driving my car feels like its missing. But when I get over 3 grand and let it run at a high rpm my car smooths No missing at all. Can headers cause this problem, or my exhuast casung backpressure. New spark plugs been installed also - Mike

Probably the new cam and the way it acts on low rpm. Maybe an exhaust leak or loose bracket vibrating too making it feel like the engine is missing.

Did you get some good plug wires when you installed the headers? In my experience the stockers -always- got burned... and the miss was always more noticeable during low-rpm/part throttle stuff...
