Car drinking gas, have no idea, but have a CSV file

Ok, I don't know why my car has always been drinking the gas since the day I got it. So far I've replaced the MAP, TPS, and right oxygen sensor. I've got an AKM cable so I've been scanning it pretty regularily since I got the cable. When I had the right o2 sensor replaced cause I came up a failure code, the egr code that it was throwing went away. So it was still having horrible gas mileage (11mpg) even though there were no codes other than the air conditioining code. Well I ran it today for about 10 minutes in the yard with it hooked up to my desktop and it came up a right 02 sensor lean and egr code. Here's the link for the CSV file. http://www.filefactory.com/?2ceb5f

Some other things that might be helpful: Sometimes it runs like crap right when you start it up, especially if you make a lot of short trips. It gets so bad sometimes that you have to give it gas to keep it running from startup, after that it does ok. It does worse than usual when it's raining too. Not light rains, but the ones when it soaks everything that happen a lot here lately.

So, if Injuneer or somebody else that's good with this could help me that would be great. It's ridiculous how much money I'm spending on gas and I don't want to sell the car over something that I can fix.

I checked the plugs and wires, and they seem in pretty good condition. The plugs are a lot cleaner than I expected them to be. The fuel filter is pretty new from the looks of it, and I'd bet everything in my bank account that the opti is original.

I'm going to change out the fuel filter probably Monday cause I have to work everyday until then. I'd be amazed if the fuel filter was what's causing this.
