What are the IAC counts at idle? Is the IAC passageway clean?

Sounds like a tuning issue.

Check the IAC counts before you just idle it up (these need to stay within spec). This could fix the problem, but it would just be a bandaid.

The counts are hard to manage. Nothing I do help to change it. Sometimes it's at 70. The sometimes it's in the single digits.

Ive had everyone look at my tune and theyve said it's ok so far.

Ive tried idling it up with the screw. Doesnt change a thing.

I have looked all over for a vacuum leak but I cant find one. It idles fine in park and sometimes in drive. It's just once you tap the gas itll just die. Car also bucks and studders when taking off (if it doesnt die)

The counts shouldn't be hard to manage. Have you checked the passageway? Any sensors not within spec?

I cleaned the passages and most the sensors are new.

Did you turn the screw enough to open the blades?
The IAC may compensate at some point.
Is the IAC working?
Have ya checked the fuel pressure?

Ive turned it alot to the point were it idles way higher than it should. It would still just shut off in reverse. It's wierd because it's not like it slowlly dies or drops in rpms, it just shuts off.

How can I test the IAC without a voltmeter? Ive read somewhere you can connect 2 pinouts or something?

If the park neutral saftey switch is going bad is bad or faulty wiring to it is it possible the car will shut off when trying to go in reverse?

Doubt highly that is the problem since you let the pedal out to idle and it runs fine AND it's intermittent.

My question is has this engine combination ever run correctly?

The same combo ran great in my Camaro. All we did was swap motors into my 93. Nothing has been right since then. Right now this is the biggest issue besides the stumbling/hesitation sometimes when driving at low rpm's.
