car couldnt be running worse

alright here is everything that is wrong with her--
first when you start it cold it sounds like it is about to die, it sets around 400 rpms but when you get it going and hot it is good at about 800 rpms
then just today my belts i think are making some noise's, or it sounds like my belts going out
last and the worst, it hesitates and it sounds like something is stuck in the exhaust and makeing the car work to push it out. The car doesnt sound anything like it used to. When i get on it, it is no were near as fast as it used to be.

ive got some oil coming out of the intake, not much at all though, like a fingernail size and it is hard to see. When i put on my intake the passenger side bolts didnt feel like they went in as good as the drivers side. Could that play a major role?
I am about to go check it and then come back and hopefully yall will give me some good ideas on how to get my pig to run good again. thanks

real stab in the dark here...but could your cat be clogged. If i recall properly, once the cat heats up, it will flow "better". Is there any unusual amount of heat coming throught floor pans?

Good Luck!

thanks though

I took it to one of my friends that knows all and he said i have some cylinders missing and he checked the heat of my headers and it was pretty insane. he said like some where fine but some where at 600, so i guess he is right.
