cap and rotor?

i know this is stupid but i need to know. i have already taken my opti out and am looking to buy a new one. the one thing i am confused about is what is the cap and rotor. i know what they are in a regular car but not sure with gay opti. my question is were exactly is the cap and rotor located. have i aleady taken it out and not known? the reason i ask is some places sell cap and rotor seperate so that leads me to think i havent taken it out yet. does anyone have a picture of were it is? i have looked but cant find anything actually pointing it out. thanks for helping me out at least im learning.

The cap is the part with the spark plug wire terminals. The rotor looks like an overgrown SBC one.

I belive the internals are the same, if you are planning on buying a new opti go to sam taylor. for a vented opti it is 209 and 299 for a non vented
