I had a TB gasket and multiple vacumme leaks that I fixed and in the process I gave the TB a good cleaning. I took the TPS off and now I keep getting a low voltage code on startup. I know what the target voltage is and I cant get anywhere inbetween .2 and .9. I slotted the TPS put it on the TB, moved it all over the place and the voltage will barely move and only up to .13 volts. The TPS itself is brand new and the voltage varies when I manipulate it with a screwdriver.

I do have the throttle stop set from before I took the TB off. Should I let that all the way down and try again?

Anyone have any advice?
