the car is a 96 M6 with the slp clutch setup(lt4PP and slp disk) had the clutch for about 20K. the clutch started acting weird like when you went to start the car you would have to have the clutch in the exact place to start it... you would kinda have to jiggle your foot....before you could just press it down or to the floor. Now i go to start it and it wont even crank.
now if you press it to the floor hard and kinda jiggle it you can get it to turn over a bit but not enough to start the car......now ive gotte it to start about 3 times but it takes like 20min of playin with it....what is wrong? is it the Neutral Safety Switch? or what.... it has to happen when it starts getting nice out

 

it pretty much has to be the Neutral safety switch. if the clutch was not releasing for instance, it would still crank, but it would launch forward. if your in a pinch, just make a jumper wire to connect the neutral safety sw. wires together. that will bypass it.

 

Clutch start switch on the clutch pedal arm bracket. Big button looking thing.
