Can you swap seat belt retractors?

Can you swap seat belt retractors?
Can you swap the back seat belt retractors with the front ones? I'm asking because my back seat belts snap back like brand new while the front ones droop and hang down. Thanks.

Not sure on the retractors, but the female portions (in the floor) will be different fitting. It'll be a little loose, but they'll hold.
