Question Can a stuck caliper cause Brake and ABS lights to come on?

I've had these lights on for a few days. I've done a search and tried all the ideas the treads offered, with no luck. I put my car up and spun the wheels, all turned freely except the front right, very hard to turn. The car also pulls to the LEFT on braking. Before I pay an hours worth of trouble shooting at a shop. I was wondering, could the line be clogged to that wheel causing a pressure misbalance, throwing the codes. Or possibly, stuck slide pins or piston. I'm not losing any fluid, so I doubt there is a broken line or pistion skirt. I'm going to try and pull the cailper apart to see if I can find anything. Any ideas would be appericated.

I would pursue the caliper first, just as you are doing.

I know mine threw both those codes when the brake fluid had air pockets in it. I dont know if that helps or not...but I'm saying it anyways

Hopefully, it's just a stuck caliper. Thanks for the replies
