Can rear O2s be extended like the fronts?

Can rear O2s be extended like the fronts?
I am working on a new y-pipe with cats for my long tubes b/c i need to pass emissions next month.
I am going to need to extend the wires for one of the rear O2s so it can reach over to the driver side.
Can i just cut and splice the wires like I did with my front O2s?

I'm trying to remember if we have flat connectors in the front and square in the rears?

If i can im just gunna cut and splice the wires, dont really want to spend much money on this project... its only gunna be on the car one day out of the year.
