Can LT1 Covers Be Clearanced For 1.7 RR?
I know there are a million threads on this but the search feature doesn't work terribly well (you can't make it find only threads with all terms).
Can lt1 valve covers be modified enough to fit 1.7 rockers/guides? I know I'd have to cut most of the baffles out, but not so many it crushes when tightening down. Are 1.7 just too tall?
If it's just a guide plate clearance problem, can the plate be ground down to fit (seems like there is plenty of extra material on the sides)?
