Lightbulb Can I launch any better with???

I am just wondering. I am cutting 1.61 60' times & i know I will cut 1.59's with a bit more practice on the launch. This is on a stock suspension with DMS lowering springs & sub frames. Would I really see an improvement with a suspension that is "Drag Race" ( Hals, No sway bar, LCA & Relocating Brackets, etc...)

I don't see it helping until I achieve more RWHP to have issues with traction. I was just curious cause I see a lot of people with less HP than me running these elabrate racing suspensions that probably cost an arm & a leg. Don't get me wrong. I know it helps, but I am more interested in when.... What kind of power before I would need to get Hal's, LCA's Etc....

If you told me I would cut another .05 to .1 tenth off my 60' from where it is now(1.61's) then I probably would be saving for these parts.

Just curious.....

damn, those are some good 60' times. What tires are you useing?

I highly recommend relocation brackets. My car is lowered with eibach springs. I just added the relocation brackets sfc and lca about a month ago. In my opinion MOST of the improvement came from the relocation brackets. your control arm angles are all wrong with a lowered susp. I don't have any track times, but the difference is significant.

Instead of the tires just breaking loose you can definitly feel them grab more and modulate the throttle as they come loose.

thats my $.02

Well, IMO...they are great suspension stuff, however people have experienced slow times after all those stuff b/c it is added weight..

I personally dont think u need it b/c your doing just fine without them!

But, it might be worth the try if u can squeeze out a little better 60ft'er...
