I'm pretty sure that comp does it for just a little more. Like less than $50.

comp cams can make any cam you want. i had my made to 220/229 .547/.547 112LS im not sure if they can regrind a cc306 to 110 but a new custom cam costs about 350 or so.

Why not just set the idle down lower?

My idle is like 750... I dont like the whole idea of the lights dimming.. I really want to know what the gain or loss will be.. Performance difference. stuff like that...

I had my XE224/230 ground on a 110 LSA when I bought it from combo motorsports and it didnt cost me a penny more than if i wanted it on a 112. Since Comp has to turn the cams out anyway... its no big deal to make small adjustments like lobe seperation.

If you want to change the LSA just for the sound at idle you can do that, but that does not mean your car will be faster. It may be slower. All depends on your supporting hardware and setup.

There are plenty of good threads you can find in a search about cam design and attributes. If you want performance, you should not be choosing a cam on the sound of the idle lope.
