Can I fit dual exhaust over the axle?

I did some searches and couldn't find what I was looking for.

I went to the exhaust shop to get my already passenger side mounted dual exhaust setup (which stops before the axle) run over the axle. Its dual 3" and the guy says he can't fit two 3" pipes over the axle. I call BS. Can it be done?

It can be done if you remove the upper panhard rod brace, which I did. 3" pipes will take some very precise fitment but it can be done

BMR sells a panhard rod relocater so you can fit true duals.

Just so there is no confusion, I want the pipes to run over the passenger side of the axle. My x-pipe is centered to the passenger side of the torque arm, and I don't want to run any piping back over it if I don't have to.

I don't know if these are applicable, but have a quick peek and see;
