Damn, I forgot about that!
TB BYPASS, Gut cat, remove screen, K&N, drill the holes in the air box. every little thing will help.. the dual cat cars, the 10 hp ive never seen any track numbers (stock for stock) proving them faster then a 94-95 lt1. Tires play a big role in this race IMO. He who hooks = wins
I think really this will come down to driver and whoever's car is strongest.
Not all cars are equal....I have videos of me pulling on my roomate's 97 Z28 3.23s, CAI, Catback, and cutout...with the 95 Z28 in the sig
We ran at the track and each time I beat him by a tenth or more, and that was Me on TOTALLY shot tires.
Some cars are ringers others are duds.....

Actually that reminds me If you take off the front of the airbox and use zip ties to hold on the filter that would be better than drilling holes in it. And if you go one step further and buy a peice of flex tubing from a local hardware store and run it from the filter down to underneath the car pointing toward the front you have HOMEMADE $4.50 RAM AIR . you have to cut a section out of the underneath panel and airdam but its really small. that cut my original times from 14.2 to 13.9 off this stuff alone. yes 3 tenths. if you do that and remove your belt like ive explained earlier that should be enough to have 4tenths of a sec on him for only 5 bucks and its quick. Ill tell you its the best $4.50 ive ever spent.

t/b bypass has been dyno proven to give 5-7 rwhp.
check it out: www.ws6.com
TB bypass does NOT add any HP, at 200 degrees maybe the intake air being cooler will free up 5HP but it does NOT make 5HP more.
You will have the same result when icing the intake or running it when cool.
