can computer go bad-car wont start

one day the car quit running. checked all the relays, fuses ,fusable links. Got a new battery, ignition switch & keys, and starter. Well i took the whole dash apart and started unplugging things and putting them back together and the car finally started. I put the dash back together and went to work and the car wont start again. no accessory power, no ignition power or fuel pump. I was told that it can only be that pass key decoder module or the computer. the wiring in the caris perfect and all connections are clean. Any suggestions are appreciated.

If you are not getting any power to the dash for the gauges or idiot lights, it's probably the ignition switch (on the steering column, under the dash). If needed, there is a guide on my Tech Page for replacing it.

Hmm... you said switch and keys. Did you replace this or the key cylinder?
