Cam/valvetrain breakin procedure...

I got the car started, ran it for about 10-15 minutes at idle and revving up to 2000-2200 rpm then took it around the block a couple times. Changed oil and filter, and now on new dino oil and filter I have about 60 miles on it. Questions:

1) When can I go WOT, I'm tired of waiting!!!

2) Do I need to change my oil again, and if yes, should I use dino or synthetic???

3) Do I need to put more miles on top of that 60 to "break it in?"

I know hydraulic rollers don't need break in. The valvetrain has already gone through about 5 or 6 heat cycles. Just tell me what I need to do and how long to do it for, or tell me to go WOT. Simple as that

The only thing that needs to be broken in is the springs, and you have done it.Change the oil to what you normally use and,OPEN IT UP!

Check your oil pressure, just to make sure everything is ik. Other than that, I think you're ready to romp on it.

Going to assume you're talking about the alky system for the car.
