I have LT4 valve springs and 1.6 roller rockers, my question is; how much lift can I run with those valve springs and rockers. I have the engine torn down for a BUDGET rebuild so im thinking about a cam as well. Thanks in advance for any help provided. Thanks Eric L

 

.525 is the maximum lift for the LT4 springs. But, for any cam upgrade I would replace them with a better spring.

The LT4 springs are crap.

 

LT4 springs are perfect for a stock cam with 1.6 rockers.
