Is this possible or do I have some sort of air, fuel, or spark delivery problem? I know its kind of a general question but I was just curious. I have some friends with pretty big cams and sometimes my car surges like their cars do but I have the stock cam. Thanks

It is very possible with a stock cam. One way is to have ported heads with stock programming.
