cam,springs,push rods help

I know you hear this all the time but need some help ... what would be the best cam/springs/push rods and all the supporting stuff for the $. thanks

if i run the GM-846 do i have to get a stall converter thanks

Everything you need to know is in that link...including whether or not you need a stall.

Just about every cam needs a converter to match.
