Is It Poss To Tap In To Far (my Is Sticking Out About A 1/8 Inch Past Cam Bolts Now And Opti Fits Perfect. Is That A Timming Refrence And Bolts Actually Run Opti Or Does The Dowl Spin The Opti. Re: Cam Dowl Question

The dowel pin turns the opti. If not sticking out far enough, it's not going to work. You need to measure the length of the pin from the face of the cam. It should be in the .620-.685 range. My stock cam's pin was .650".

BTW, why do you capitalize every word? It makes it hard to read.

Probably best to take it to a machine shop.
